IBHE's (Illinois Board of Higher Education) database shows base salary of $394,999.92 for CSU's president, Z.Scott. However, CSU records show that she received $406,850 in 2021.  Her new contract signed April 2022, effective July 1 2022, states that her base pay 2022 is $425,000, with $50,000 deferred compensation each June 30, and a $25,000 discretionary annual bonus.  Her total package is $500,000.  The calculation below shows the total increase of 22.90 % from 2021-2022.
